When needed to file a claim for damages that destroyed our deck, we had prompt attention and even personal cell number if needed for questions etc. Everything was handled promptly and smoothly and our new deck was able to be built much faster than we envisioned as the initial adjustment/paperwork etc was completed in such a fast yet professional manner, and no questions we asked made us feel stupid on the whole process. During severe wind storm during winter, my house deck was torn from the house and mostly demolished, therefore unsafe, and possibility for future damage to where it was torn away from. One call to report it and all was taken care of. I was instructed in easy to follow wording what to do/expect from them. The man I spoke with on the phone was very understanding and very caring and professional. A check for the replacement was to me extremely fast, and as I later informed him of the rebuilding of the deck, he was happy we were getting the damage fixed and to our satisfaction. He turned an awful situation into a stress-free result. Our local off in Pella with Jeff and Karen working there are also the greatest at answering questions and concerns. Proud to be a Farm Bureau member for the past many years and this is one example why!
